Sequencing 101 is a muli-part series on LOR software. It will not only cover basic LOR concepts and using LOR software, but it will also cover the theory and concepts I use for sequencing. Because some tutorials were completed prior to planning this multi-part series, some chapters are already available. While these tutorials will remain in their respective categories on the website, sequencing 101 will give a logical order to these tutorials. Completing the Sequencing 101 class will take you through all aspects of the software and programming, starting with the beginner's view and working our way into the advanced concepts. The goal is to organize this site's tutorials into a complete class that can be taken in logical order as opposed to a hodge podge of LOR concepts with no beginning or end. Of course, the each tutorial will still be topic based for those seeking a particular item, but the class is designed to navigate these tutorials at the right time in the right order when you're at the right level. This is obviously a work in progress as none of the early chapters have been developed yet. The planning, concepts, and groundwork are being laid for an 18 chapter series which will take a long time to complete. This page will show the chapters currently available as well as anything in progress. The class itself is not necessarily being developed in order, but the chapter order will be the correct order for the class once everything is completed. You view all available chapters below in preview format, or you can skip directly to the Sequencing 101 Chapter Listing.
